Punjab University will be closed from 20 to 25 April for Eid-ul-Fitr. But instead of having a holiday on 20 April, students and faculty will have to attend classes on 6 May. This decision was made to make sure that academic progress is not affected by the long holiday. There will be a meeting tonight in Islamabad to decide when Eid-ul-Fitr will be observed across the country.
